How to disconnect Hulu from Spotify Student Premium

My Question or Issue

Is there a way to disconnect Hulu from my Student Premium subscription? I want to change my Hulu subcription to the No-Commercials Live TV plan, instead of the Limited Commercial plan that Spotify requires for the $4.99 Student bundle.

To change my preferences on Hulu, it refers me to Spotify. There are no options to disconnect the Hulu account from Spotify.

This is not a solution, this is the ability to request a new feature. I am looking at how to disconnect Hulu from Spotify Student Premium and it seems impossible. I will have to cancel my account to make this work.
