Hulu not connecting

My Question or Issue

I have spotify premium for students. I have been trying to acces hulu but I cannot. The link on spotify says 'start watching' but when I go to Hulu I am logged in but I dont have an account (like it wants me to start a free trial). I spoke to Hulu support and they said it is a payment issue on spotify's end. If it helps I also accidentally removed acces to hulu on the spotify website but I dont know how to get it back.
