I am paying twice for one account

Hey community, I am having trouble with my account. I ordered Spotify Premium with the students discount. Now the 4,99 are being payed early month and later there is another payment of 9,99 mid month. I cant find any information whether I have unfortunately made two accounts or if there is a problem with that one account. Furthermore I cant find another account on my name or my e.mail adress. If I had, I would have stopped one of the accounts to solve the problem. Hopefully I can count on your help. Greetings, Matze

If you're not sure you have multiple accounts, let's try following this troubleshooting.

 

If you're sure you only have one account and you were charged for Spotify twice, our Support team will need to take a closer look at your account to find the payments.
