I can not use the promotion ¨3 months university premium to 290¨

I have a new account in spotify and wanted to occupy the promotion for universitary but when I enter my card a message appears that the benefit was already used and the account is totally new, but I had recently loaned my card so that family members will buy spotify premium.

I understand your concern. Unfortunately, since you mentioned that you have used your card to purchase Premium already, you won't be eligible for the promotion, as itis only available to new Premium users. You can learn more about Trials and other deals by checking out this support article.
