My Question or Issue

I can't renew my premium student plan for this month, I tried to pay it through the mobile phone bill but somehow my premium still wouldn't extend its period and I didn't lost any of my mobile phone bill, even though I already tried to pay and enter some OTP code before.

I have paid student premium prepaid amount of Rs. 66, but I am not able to renew my account and haven't received the payment receipt till now. I guess my payment is not updated, so I request to update my payment and i have attached the transaction details. Please update the payment and provide me the receipt.
