And I am unable to find out how to contact hem to get this resolved

No worries, let's try to figure what's going on here. First of all, did your student verification fail? If so, the charges are most likely pending and the funds will reappear soon. You can check out more details on this here. As for seeing the regular charge, is your billing date (for regular Premium) due? If so, it could explain why you instead got charged the regular rate. You can also check this article on how to get Student Discount if you are on Premium.
