I m still charged 9,99eu despite being a student.. why?

I m still charged 9,99eu despite being a student.. why?

I wanted to extend my cheaper student supscription. I followed the instructions to do so and verified that I am a student via UNIDAYs.com. It says it was succesful. But on my account info it still says that I have to pay 9,99eu/month from Nov 2nd on...  what to do now?

Did you get a confirmation email from UNiDAYS saying that you have extended your student discount? 

 

If there are issues, it might be related to the fact that Spotify is switching to SheerID as a verification method at the end of October.

 

If you are unable to sign-up for the student discount, we recommend waiting until after 27 October, which is when the change-over is happening.
