I paid for my spotify student account and it isn't activating my student account.

I paid for my student account, and the payment went through and is posted. I still don't have my premium account and I've been waiting for two days now. I got the email saying I was verifed for being a student, and I clicked complete purchase and it says error 404 page not found. This is really annoying, I have logged in and out of my account and there is no way it is under another account. I just want to listen to music, but for some reason something so simple has become very complicated.
