My Question or Issue

This month I was charged the full price (€9,99) instead of the student price (€4,99) even though I am still enrolled in univeristy and did not get notified by spotify before they changed the plan. Is it possible to get the money refunded? I reactivated my student subscription. Thanks in advance!
