My Question or Issue

I recently got an email from Spotify saying that if I don't reverify my student premium account, I will lose my student premium subscription. When I click on the link in the email, I am sent to my account overview page and cannot find a way to reverify my account. Please help! How do I reverify my student account?

Hi there!

 

You can check with this link the status of your Premium for Students discount. You should be able to verify your eligibility through that link.

I got the same issue. When I follow the link provided there is also no option to reverify...

I see what you're saying, could you also confirm if you've tried on a desktop device? In case that doesn't do the trick and you’re still getting the same error message, you can check this page out.


Tip: The link from SheerID is valid for 7 days. If it's no longer active we'd suggest you directly contact SheerID. Their team can send you a new link allowing you to get the student discount. You can do it here.
