i have confirmed multiple times that i am still a student but after a few months or so it will change back to normal premium without telling me and starts charging me the normal 9.99

All charges you get are the ones in the receipt section. Any extra/duplicate charges are reimbursed after some days (depending on the bank).
Regarding the regular charge, you can check Spotify's refund policy to see if that's the case.

That's not cool. When you check your account overview, does it show as regular Premium now? What about the receipts (left column), do they reflect your past charges?

It says my plan will be changed to premium for students next month and on the receipts it shows it has happened once but I was certain it had happened at least twice
