My Question or Issue

Hey,

I moved to the US recently and changed my payment type to a US credit card. However, my country setting still says Germany and thus, when it comes to the student verification, I cannot select the US from the list of possible countries of study.

Did I miss anything?

I spoke about this with an agent from support, as I'm also having this issue, and I was told that they're having an ongoing backend issue with people being unable to change their country.

Alright, thank you for your response!

The easiest thing then might be to open an US-account, sign up for student premium there and turning the old account into a free account.
