My Question or Issue

I send to verification my student id and what I get back is that it not having: name or date or name of college. And what can I do now?

Thanks reaching out to the Community with this one.

We partner with SheerID to verify your student status. You can apply for the discount and get verified by heading here. 

Once verified you will receive a confirmation email with an activation link for the discount. This Spotify Answer has some more useful info on the discount.
