My Question or Issue

I applied for Spotify Student 2 weeks ago. My university is on the list and I should be eligible for Spotify Student but after 2 weeks I still haven't got a reaction from Spotify while they say it will be handled in 3 days (also not in my spam mailbox) Is this normal and should I just keep waiting?

I recommend getting in touch with Spotify Support and getting someone there to help you out with your issue, because they can contact someone and get the necessary steps for your account to be verified as a student account.
