Not getting student discount for a title IV school

Not getting student discount for a title IV school

As it says, I go to a Title IV school by the name of Northeast Lakeview, however it is no where on the student discount page, and I cannot manually enter it no matter what I do. It was accredited back in 2018 though, that may have something to do with it. 

 

Is there any way to manually have spotify review the eleigibility of the school?

Hey @Matt_Mania, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

If your college/university doesn’t appear on the list provided, you can request SheerID to get it added. Just fill in this form and SheerID will email you if it’s accepted to the approved list. 

 

Please note that this process takes a minimum of 30 days.

Hey! Thanks for that response, HOWEVER, that’s the international request
page. I’ve checked that out multiple times, and no where on there can I
find United States. Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks for getting back to me.

Since SheerID handles all student verification, I'd recommend getting in touch with them here.

 

From there, you will expect a reply from them ASAP.

For some reason it’s just giving me .“An unknown error has occurred. Please
try your request again later.” I’m using both google chrome and safari on
my phone, when I get home, I’ll try and do it on my PC. Hopefully it’ll
work this time!

Sorry it took me so long to reply, but it's still the same issue, just recieiving an error message on whatever browser I use.
