Just to confirm, did you try to sign up for the Student Discount, but were charged full price? If so, then don't worry - the discount should be activated on your account already, however sometimes it doesn't activate properly.
We suggest you get in touch with our Customer Support team here so that they can take a look backstage and see what's happening with your account. They should be able to sort things out for you.
