Page not found - Error in discount for students link after verification

Hi, I was verified by SheerId manually, sending the needed documents and I received the confirmation of my status as a student. They provided me with a link to complete the purchase on a email (no-reply-spotify@sheerid.com). When I cliked the email on a green button that says "Complete Purchase" and error happens and I get to a pink page that says error 404 page not found.
