Paid for subscription but still not getting premium

Paid for subscription but still not getting premium

I purchased the spotify student premium offer. But it still asks me to upgrade to premium. I verified it with my bank account, where i have charged for $5.04.

Please help.

Hey @prbhavsa,

when you didn't recieve your Premium immediately, your payment must be showing as pending on your bank statement.

Could you please check that for me :)?

Yes, it is showing pending in transaction logs, but amount was deducted.

have you ever received an email from SheerID confirming your eligibility?

If so, please follow the steps on the email sent and add your payment info again.

You should check these payment requirements first.

If you didn't receive an email, it can take up to 28 days for your student credentials to be verified.

You should also check out this support article when you get in trouble with your student account again 🙂
