My Question or Issue

 

Hi,

I paid for Spotify premium through my debit card buy initially it was not done but second time when i pay it show that it was not done but money was deducted from my bank  acccount , i payed for student account , and when I went back to Spotify website, the payment was not reflected at all nor the premium status. Can someone please help me?

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting your question here.

 

To solve this issue, it'd be helpful to double-check with your payment method provider whether the transaction for your Premium activation went effectively through, although you were notified that money was deducted from your bank account.

 

Asking to double-check since the money transfer might have been authorized by your provider without having been properly delivered to Spotify. 

 

If you double-checked and you're sure about having successfully activated your Premium Student during one of your payment attempts, then it'd be useful to take a look at this support site article and follow the featured steps to see whether your Premium subscription is associated with another Spotify account other than the one you're currently accessing.
