I subscribed to Spotify premium using the student discount and it didn't accept my ID card 3 times but it Spotify still charged me 4.99 each time, how do I fix this?

Since the student discount wasn't verified at all, these payments should show as pending on your bank statement.

 

This just means that the funds were placed on hold but will go back to your account soon. You can contact your bank for more information about these pending payments.
