My Question or Issue

I have made premium student payments via Telkomsel but my spotify every day requests for payment of my premium account can you help me to fix it?

Sorry to hear you're having difficulties paying for your Premium subscription. No worries - we'll help you get to the bottom of this!

 

It's possible the payment didn't get through successfully and the transaction has been reversed even though you've already received a notification that you've been charged. You can check your receipts page to see if your last payment has been successful.

 

I also recommend taking a look at this support page for tips and tricks how to get your subscription running.

 

If the above tactics don’t work, you should ask for help from our billing partner Fortumo, because they manage payments by mobile. You can visit their support center here.
