Plano premium mudou automaticamente do universitário para o normal

Assinei o spotify premium em dezembro do ano passado na modalidade estudante universitário. Tive os 3 primeiros meses gratuitos e a primeira cobrança foi correta no valor de 8,50 reais, porém nesse mês o plano mudou automaticamente para o premium normal e consta no meu cartão de crédito a cobrança indevida de 16,90 reais para o próximo mês. Gostaria que a conta voltasse à modalidade estudante universitário,além do estorno da cobrança indevida. Grato desde já!

It's possible that you had the student discount applied to your account without it being activated. The student discount is only valid for 12 months at a time even if your account is on the free service.

It sounds like your discount has expired now - this is why you're being charged at the regular rate. If you'd like to sign back up, just head here.

Meu plano é o universitário e na hora de atualizar o pagamento, o Spotify colocou para o duo, sem nem eu perceber, descontando o valor absurdo, até mais que o dobro do que eu pago no meu plano normalmente. E não consigo encontrar nenhuma ajuda para o estorno e a mudança para o universitário novamente

Assinei o spotify premium na modalidade estudante universitário. Pago todo mês I valor valor de 9,90 reais, porém nesse mês o plano mudou automaticamente para o premium normal e consta no meu cartão de crédito a cobrança indevida de 19,90. Gostaria que a conta voltasse à modalidade estudante universitário,além do estorno da cobrança indevida. Grato desde já!

Thanks for the post. Hope you don't mind me replying in English, since that's the official language of the forum.

What has most likely happened is that your Student discount has expired and your Premium subscription was automatically changed to Premium Individual. The Student discount lasts 12 months and needs to be re-activated in order for you to keep your Premium Student subscription. You can follow the instructions here in order to do so.
