Hi everybody, i need some help, i’m having some problems regarding my premium account for students, i had all my music on my previous phone, now i bought a new one and it doesn’t let me use my premium account, stating that i have a free account.. so i got more than 300 songs that i can’t listen to.. i already tried to log out but nothing happens.. if anybody knows how to figure it out please let me know, thanks guys.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂


You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
