My Question or Issue

 

Hi, I have two questions. The first is that I don’t recive the verification mail of status of student (I’m italian) and i cannot subscribe the premium account. The second: I’ ve closed my account in 2013 but fortunately is open now, I wold have the confirm that my account will be open in the future before subscribing premium.

Great questions.

If you're not able to verify your student status, I'd recommend getting in touch with SheerID since they handle student verification.

 

Your account should remain open for as long as you don't do anything to get your account disabled, or if you don't close your account.
