Premium dla studenda

Właśnie wykupiłam Premium dla studenta i pobrali mi z konta 9.99 zł a Premium dalej nie ma. Spróbowałam zalogować się ponownie i nic, a kasa pobrana. Co teraz?

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

When you didn't receive your Premium immediately, your payment must be showing as pending on your bank statement.

When you didn't finish your Student enrollment, the money will come back to your account after a few days 🙂

It's possible you've created more than one Spotify account. We suggest you check this help page to make sure you're logging in to the correct account, or find another possible account you might be using.

 

It's also a good idea keeping track of your payments on the Receipts page within your account. This way you can recognize if you're logged in to the preferred account.
