Tenho uma conta Premium há alguns anos já, estou tentando mudar para a conta de Universitária, já que agora voltei a estudar na UFSC, inclusive recebi um email cm a confirmação da SheerID dizendo que está tudo ok: "Sua verificação foi um sucesso!". 

na hora de mudar para o plano universitário recebo essa mensgem:

"Sentimos muito, mas não conseguimos confirmar se você é um estudante.
Verifique os seus dados e tente de novo.
Se não conseguirmos confirmar os seus dados, você não vai receber nenhuma cobrança.
Qualquer cobrança pendente na sua fatura do cartão vai desaparecer em alguns dias."

 

Alguém consegue me ajudar?

We suggest you log in to the account registered with the email address where you received the mail confirming you're verified. If you can't login with this email address, just paste it in the Reset Password form and create a new password.

 

It's also a good idea to open the confirmation email and scroll down to find a big button saying GET PREMIUM. You must click on this button and follow the steps in order to set up a payment method on which the discount will be applied. Don't worry, you won't be charged additionally after performing these steps. It's just a mere confirmation of the payment details for your discount.

 

Sometimes Spotify users create more than one account for different reasons. In such a case you might have two or more accounts. If you're accidentally logged in to the wrong account, you won't be able to see your student discount. Check this help page as well. Make sure you check all the troubleshooting steps and especially the ones for finding other accounts.
