My Question or Issue

My student discount was approved by SheerID, but the plan has not been changed by Spotify. I contacted Spotify, the answer was to contact SheerID. I contacted SheerID, the answer was to contact Spotify. I still have a year of discount for students. I do not know what to do about this! It's been one month. I tried a renewal of the discount, but it continues as approved by SheerID

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out to us.

 

You can start off by checking your inbox to see if you've received a confirmation email from SheerID. You should be able to apply the discount on your account by clicking the link in that email.

 

If that doesn't solve the issue, feel free to take a look at this Spotify Answer that has some other steps that you can try.
