My Question or Issue
Back in November I requested for my Premium for Students to be extended. Now I noticed that Spotify has started deducting 9,99 instead of the regular 4,99 and I have not yet heard from Spotify or SheerID. I'm wondering what else I can do to speed up the process? Do I need to re-request Spotify for Students? And can I get reimbursed for the extra 5 euros that have been deducted?

If you got in touch with SheerID in order for your Premium Student to be extended another year but haven't heard anything back yet, you can double-check what the status of your verification process is directly with them, since they're the folks who take care of it.
Regarding the possibility of a refund from Spotify, you can take a look at this support site article which features all the relevant info.
