Premium for Students not working

Hi! I just bought Spotify Premium for students, I paid. Now, I don't have ads, but still can't listening to music offline, don't know why. I tried to log out and in, but it doesn't work. Can you help me, please? Thanks!

In order to listen offline you will need to first download some playlists to your device.

There's a great support article located here that can walk you through getting songs stored to your device.
