Premium for students charged me twice

Premium for students charged me twice

My Question or Issue

I got acepted in the students premium plan a month ago, and that day and today, I had received two message notifying two different charges for an amount of $49  MXN.

In my Spotify account, it says that the monthly amount it's just $49. Also says that my subscription will renue automatically in one month, so Spotify didn't register the other $49, but my bank did it.

Find out if you might have a second account you do not know about. You can read here how to find another account. You can cancel the second subscription if you find a second account.

 

Find out as well if the second charge you see is just a Pending charge in which case the charge should expire.
