Premium student: Trouble with verification for third year

My Question or Issue

I'm trying to verify as student for the third year, but during the Sheerid verification I keep getting the message ”You have already redeemed this offer.” even though I keep getting charged without the student discount.

Does anybody know how to get arround this problem?

You can start off by checking your inbox to see if you've received a confirmation email from SheerID. You should be able to apply the discount on your account by clicking the link in that email.
