Premium student page froze

[SPC1]

I was subscribing to Premium student on the university verification page, when the page froze, now I try to subscribe and I am unable as it says that I have already redeemed the voucher, although I am still on a free account and not on a student account. 

I live in Germany and my University is in the UK.

I'd really appreciate any help you can provide me with 🙂
