I’ve been using premium for student for a year now and just tried to renew the discount because it expired. I logged in to spotify and did the first step of the verification on my phone but sent the college portal login link to another device and did the second step there. It said that the info was verified, however when i tried to complete the rest on my phone it started the verification process all over again. I did the first step again and when i went to the next step i received an error saying that the discount had already been used. I’ve tried again and again but nothing changed, i also didnt receive any confirmation emails.
