My Question or Issue

  • I tried to get student premium, but after I signed on to my college account, which was required, anything happened. So I tried to do it all over again, but it said I already got student discount. I've been waiting for a week now but I hadn't receive anything to my mail and since I'm not really good in this kind of things, I don't know what to do. Anytime I try to apply for discount, it says I already did, but I don't know where to find it and use it. Thanks for your help.

It's possible that the student discount is active on another account of yours.

 

If you're not aware of having a secondary account, it's possible that you accidentally created one and that you're currently logged in to it instead of your primary account.

 

Do you mind logging out and logging back in again using your account credentials?
