Problema con la verifica studente

My Question or Issue

Dopo aver seguito le istruzioni del sito, vengo reindirizzata su una pagina di SheerID dove dopo aver compilato il form, mi rimanda alla pagina di login della mia università (UniParthenope). Accedo e il sito mi rimanda sempre a pagine di errore. Contemporaneamente sulla mia mail mi arrivano email che dichiarano l'impossibilità di verificare il mio stato studente.

Come posso fare per poter usufruire dello sconto studente e ovviare a questo problema?
