Problems with payment

Yesterday I was on the way to becoming a premium by student discount, but in the process of the documents, I closed the browser and left to do another day, when I went to see my account in the bank, had already been paid the spotify, without me having finished. In the end, it was discounted in my bank account, and my spotify account is still basic.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

When you didn't receive your Premium immediately, your payment might be showing as pending on your bank statement.

When you didn't finish your Student enrollment, the money will come back to your account after a few days 🙂
