Hi,

I'm a student and I have been charged 3x. (1 $4.99 student promos and 1 $9.99 regular monthly membership one one day and 1 $4.99 student promo the next day). I have trouble uploading the documents as well. Whatever the case, I just need one membership so please refund 2 memberships. Thanks,

Did you get an email receipt from Spotify for your subscription purchases?
 
If you didn't get any email receipt, sometimes the amount gets 'on hold' even if the charge doesn't go through. Normally the amount gets back to your bank account a day or two later. 🙂
