Renewing Student Subscription

I received and email saying i needed to renew my subscriptions to Spotify Premium for Students/Hulu and when I attempted to, none of the forms worked. Now, my subscriptions have lapsed and my spotify has lapsed to normal premium and my hulu is gone. I cannot fix it and have been trying for days. The forms say to contact spotify in order to fix things.
