I have already received an email of SheerID of the confirmation that I'm able to use the Student Discount on Spotify. But when I click on the link of the e-mail, an error appears to me and I have to repeat the progress of the verification of SheerID, but I was approved before. So, the error message "You have already used this promo". I have already contacted SheerID and they say that Spotify would help me, because SheerID approved my request.

I recommend contacting Support about this issue, you can do this via Twitter (@SpotifyCares) or on the online contact form. They can have a look backstage at this issue 🙂

My credit card was charged twice premium. I dont use student discount and I was charged instead of the regular premium fee. Kindly reverse the student discount premium charge on my accout.
