School on list, telling me I can't be verified

I am trying to renew my spotify premium for students but it is telling me it cannot verify I am a student at my school which shows up on the list. It says I still have a year of eligibility so that is not the problem.

Could you send us a screenshot of the error message you are getting when you try to renew your student discount? Once we have that, we'll look into the matter further.
