I sent a request to renew my student plan but it is not approved. It has been a month approximately. So, my plan is changed to premium and Spotify took so much money from me. When I sent a new request, the system says "You have already redeemed this offer." What can I do?

In case you receive this error message you need to get in touch with SheerID. They'll send you an email including a valid activation link allowing you to apply the student discount to your Spotify account.
