Hallo,

obwohl ich meinen Studentenstatus bei Unidays verlängert habe (ich nutze Spotify seit einem Jahr, und habe meinen Studentenstatus wie verlangt letzten Monat erneuert), ist heute ein höherer Betrag (9,99 Euro statt 4,99 Euro) von meinem Konto abgebucht worden. Woran kann das liegen? Wie kann ich den Status meines Abonnements ändern, so dass ich weiterhin den Studentanrabatt nutzen kann, ohne nochmehr Geld zu verlieren? Wie kann ich den Betrag zurück fordern, der zuviel abgebucht wurde? Wo finde ich eine Emailadresse, um mich bei Spotify direkt zu beschweren und mein Geld zurück zu fordern?

Außerdem: aufgrund des Wechsels von Unidays zu einem neuen Partner: muss ich etwas tun um meinen Studentenstatus zu erhalten? Bzw wie regietriere ich mich rechtzeitig bei Sheer ID, um nicht in das normale Premium Abo zurück gestuft zu werden und nochmal 5 Euro zuviel zu zahlen?

allthough I verified my status as a ordinary student of a german university (after I did this last year for the first time, I renewd it last month as requested by spotify) , Spotify debitet 9,99 euro of my bankaccount today instead of 4,99 euro. Why did this happen? How can I change the status of my spotify account without losing more money, so that I can use the student's discount for another year? How can I reclaim the money, which was debitet above the student's discount? Where can I find an Emailadress to complain about this directly to spotify?

1. Besides: what do I have to do to  preserve my status as a student after spotify changed form Unidays to the new partner Sheer ID? What do I have to do, so that spotify won't debite too much money again??
