Merhaba ben uzun süredir spotify premiumu öğrenci indirimiyle kullanıyorum ama bu ay ki ödemem standart üyelik olan 14 tl üzerinden alınmış ve öğrenci indirimim iptal edilmiş olarak gözüküyor. Halbuki öğrenci olduğuma dair belgeleri 1 ay önce yenilemiştim.Şimdide tekrar öğrenci belgesi yüklemek istediğimde 'Bu teklifi önceden kullandın.' uyarısı alıp indirimden faydalanamıyorum.Bunun sebebi nedir indirimi daha önce tanımlamama rağmen iptal olmuş gözüküyor ve güncelleyemiyorum. Cevabınızı ve yardımınızı bekliyorum.

We hope you don't mind us replying in English. It sounds like your Student Discount wasn't renewed before the last payment, and you ended up with a regular Premium charge. This can happen if your student information wasn't renewed on time - before the renewal date. You get an email before it expires. 

If you got a confirmation that your student information has been renewed, it's most likely that you'll be charged with the discounted rate on the next renewal date. 

What we can suggest is that you check out our refund policy to see if you're eligible for a refund.
