Spotify Student was cancelled after 1 Month

Spotify Student was cancelled after 1 Month

I bought Spotify Student for 12 months on the 18.4.17 and was charged 4.99 Euro

On the 18.5.17 Spotify Limited charged me 9.99 Euro.

I got an E-Mail on the 25.4.17 telling me, my Spotify Student is ending soon.

My UniDays Account was refreshed before buying Spotify Student and is active until 18.4.18.

What happend? I never cancelled my 12 Months Subscription. I will cancel my Spotify Premium in the next days if Spotify doesn't want to keep paying customers. But I still would like an explanation or I will (naturally) never use Spotify again.

I put some Screenshots with the dates as attachments.

 

Edit: I didn't pay attention to the Spotify Student E-Mail on the 25.4.17, so getting charged the 10.00 Euro without taking action is my own fault, but doesn't explain the fact i got my Student Subscription cancelled after 1 week.
