Spotify for student don't work

I payed 4,99 EUR for the Spotify student but in my account I still have Spotify Free. For my bank the payment worked but nothing, is strange because I didn't receive email, I didn't tell nothing about my Istitute so is strange.

What can i do? Please

Since you haven't received an email yet, your bank hasn't processed the transaction yet. Give it 48 hours and usually you will receive an email then.
