Student Discount Charged Twice with No Premium

Student Discount Charged Twice with No Premium

I availed for the the student discount and had my account verified. My bank got charged but my spotify account didnt become premium. I went through the same procedure and I recieved a notification saying I have already availed for a student discount. It proceeded to charge my bank again. After the second time, I exited my account and logged back in and still no premium. What do I do? I still want premium but I want my money back from the second charge.

Welcome to the forums!

 

It is possible that the charges showing on your bank are 'pending charge(s)', and as such will be released back to you from your bank in a few days.

 

Could you let me know if you recieved any email confirmation from Spotify for the charges?
