Hi, So last year in December, I received the email notifying me that my 1 year student discount was about to expire so I had to log on and resubmit the discount. However, my school is not in the data base, and in order to get the discount I had to send proving documents to get it in the first place. So when I went back in to renew my student discount, the option to send the documents once again was not available, and so rather than cancelling spotify, I simply continued to pay full price (even though I am still a student). Just now I was able to log on and send the proving documents in order to renew my discount (for another year), but I've had to pay full price for the last 7 months. Is there any way to get a refund for those undiscounted payments? Thank you.
