Student Discount: University name drop down not working

My Question or Issue

I was part of the student discount but it ended up putting me back to a normal premium account. I've only had the student discount for 2 years and still in university. I tried to update/renew myself for the discount but anytime i try and use the bar to put my uni name in it just wipes whatever i type up when i click off it. Doesn't load any uni names or anything, the loading bar only appears for a split second before disappearing. I've made sure United Kingdom is clicked and university name spelled correctly.

Have tried on my ipad, windows computer, along with trying it in incognito mode to work. But still nothing.

Anyone else got this issue or know how to fix it?

Same issue here, country is Latvia, but the dropdown is broken regardless of the chosen country.
