Student Discount

Hi! On April 26 I changed my premium plan to the student discount but when I check my account it still says that I have the normal premium plan. And I can't receive the confirmation mail because Spotify has my old Facebook mail (and I changed the mail on Facebook long ago but it hasn't changed on Spotify) so I don't know what happened to my subscription! 

I followed every step to subscribe with the student discount (my university is on the list so tha can't be the problem) and I sent my student certification so I did everything right.

 

Please help.
