Just to confirm, did you sign up for the discounted rate by heading here? Keep in mind that when you do, the discounted rate should kick in at your next billing date.
If that doesn't help, we'd recommend checking the username on the receipt we sent at the beginning of your subscription. If the username doesn't match the one showing up on your account overview page, it's possible you have another account.
